| | | | | Wisconsin runners take notice. The Wisconsin USA Track & Field state association has designated our 100K event as the 2011 state championship. Association president Patrick Pretty announced that trophies will be awarded to the first-place state association members in the following categories in the 100-kilometer race: Open male, open female, masters male (age 40 or older), and masters female (age 40 or older).
To become eligible for the Wisconsin 100K state championship awards, all you have to do is join USATF (see the convenient link on the homepage of this website) and complete the pertinent information for registering as a member of the Wisconsin association.
If you are a Wisconsin 100K solo runner and you have already registered for this year's race, make sure that you are both a USATF member and a Wisconsin association member. Naturally, these steps must be accomplished before the race starts. Contact Timo if you have any questions. | | | | |
