| | | | |  Ann Heaslett, Madison running star and 5-time member of Team USA, will be the official starter for the Mad City 50K race and the popular relay event, "Run for the Ages". Ann ran on American teams that competed in the World Cup 100K in France (2001), Belgium (2002), Taiwan (2003), The Netherlands (2004), and Japan (2005). The US women won the team bronze medal for 3rd place in Taiwan and the team gold medal for 1st in Japan. | | | | |
