Roy, age 63, from Kohler, WI, has set more national ultra age group records than any other American over the course of his long career. At the US national championship 50K race in Caumsett Park, NY, on March 4, Roy covered the distance in 4 hours, 39 minutes, 5 seconds, averaging under 9 minutes per mile and finishing in the top half of the field overall. | | | | |
